Matthew Kenney Cuisine has opened the newest site of its esteemed Culinary Academy, in partnership with the Evason Resort, in Hua Hin Thailand. Located within the resort’s 20 acres of tropical gardens, the new living foods professional kitchen is the first classically structured plant-based culinary academy in Asia.

Recognized by Food & Wine Magazine as one of the world’s best cooking classes, Matthew Kenney Culinary is centered on the use of whole, organic plant-based foods to achieve healthy, aesthetically refined and flavorful cuisine. The curriculum focuses on the Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine to offer students comprehensive training in the principles behind the art of raw food, as well as cooked plant-based cuisine classes that further the modern, creative approach to preparing nutritious foods. Programs are structured to give students heightened skills and technique enabling them to execute plant-based cuisine at the highest level.
Matthew Kenney Culinary Thailand offers month-long courses; shorter workshops will be introduced later this year. As part of an exclusive enrollment package, students will be provided with accommodations at the resort.

Matthew Kenney is the world’s leading raw food chef, the writer of several best-selling cookbooks, a culinary educator, speaker, and an entrepreneur specializing in the plant-based lifestyle.
