With a fresh new look, improved technology, and a robust portfolio of popular food tours, The Culinary Travel Guide is all new and better than ever.
We’ve been busy at The Culinary Travel Guide working behind the scenes to build a new site that is as functional as it is beautiful. We’re so happy to share it with you today.
It’s always been our mission to inspire, entertain and inform you about the world of culinary travel and now, with our new and improved site, we can add a new goal to the list: to help you plan your next culinary adventure.
Here’s just some of what’s new…
A Brand New Look
From humble roots as a personal blog with a single voice to a content-rich online publication with contributions from travel writers and news sources around the world, The Culinary Travel Guide has grown significantly over the past two years.
We knew it was time to build a website that could keep up with that growth. (We’ve gained over 15,000 subscribers in the last three months alone!)
With a constant influx of fresh articles, our new magazine-style layout puts more content on the homepage while delivering an interactive, media-rich experience with gorgeous mega menus, a user rating system, beautiful galleries, helpful reviews, and social media integration.
A Solid Foundation
Since our design wasn’t the only thing we’ve outgrown, we’ve also invested in upgraded technology.
Earlier this month we moved to a new server and premium hosting solution. Our site has now been fully optimized to ensure it’s mobile-friendly, responsive, super-fast and secure (faster than 77% of all websites tested on pingdom.com).
We’re Building for the Future
Last but definitely not least, we are building an exclusive portfolio of food travel experiences so you’ll have even more delicious activities to add to your dream itinerary.
Watch for our popular Food Tours & Activities booking site coming soon!
You can also join our mailing list and we’ll send you an email as soon as our new booking site is launched.
