Laura, somehow this guy escaped my culinary radar. So interesting and what a fabulous place to go to for a month of cooking classes. Reading this almost made me go to AC website and book a ticket. One more thing added to my ever expanding bucket list I am compiling through your website. Thanks for posting Laura. Thanks Dina. He also has academies in Venice, CA and Maine plus a new location scheduled to open in Miami in November. I’ve got that one on my radar. It’s a lot closer to home but still tropical enough to make a great winter escape.
