You haven’t lost it forever. You just need a new road.

I’m Nelia. I spent twenty years as a caregiver and advocate for my daughter Sabrina, who had a severe developmental disability. I know what it means to put yourself last for a long time. And I know what it feels like when life rearranges everything and leaves you wondering who you are now.

Travel has always been part of how I find myself. Before everything got hard, and especially after. There’s something about being somewhere new that cuts through the noise, hands you back your perspective, and reminds you that the world is bigger than your pain.

Her Next Road is for women who are ready for that. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are navigating grief, empty nest, reinvention, or just the particular exhaustion of having held everything together for so long.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be curious.
